Service

I believe in a culture of community and collaboration. Some of my service work include being the lead organizer for the 2023 inaugural DEI and Expertise in Racialized Organizations conference hosted at Columbia Business School, serving as chair for the Graduate Students of Color Alliance at Columbia University, launching the Intimate Conversations with Women in Academia series at Columbia University, among several other roles. In 2025, I will be organizing the labor market regular session at the American Sociological Association Annual Meeting and the “New Sociological Approaches to Understanding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” thematic session.
